Catch-All Tutorial

I promised to make a tutorial for the catch-all bag I made last week.  Here it is.  I love these bags.  You can use them for almost anything.  This tutorial is a bit more complex than my previous ones.  Please let me know if you have any questions, or if something is unclear.  Enjoy!

  11. Well the way this is set up I can't print it out; the individual pages on the left column takes up so much room that the actual tutorial runs off to the right of the page. Only way I can make it is to read it from the computer screen. I can't seem to make that left column go away. Is anyone else having this problem?

  12. I'm sorry the tutorial isn't printing for you. I have not heard of anyone having problems printing the tutorial. I just went to check it with googledocs and everything looks ok. You can email me at sewingsteph7(at)yahoo(dot)com and I'll send you the PDF file directly.

  13. I made this bag for a friend's birthday last weekend. I modified it by increasing the top section by 3 inches and widened it by 2 inches. I don't have access to those cool zippers with the great tabs that you have, so I found a key fob at the dollar store and attached it to the zipper pull with a small split ring. It turned out beautifully and she loved it. Thanks for the great tutorial.

  17. I love this bag but am having the same problem as another poster. Can't get the whole page because of a part at the side that I can't get rid of. I would love it if you would send me the pattern by email. Angelus5@sympatico.ca

  22. That is a little beauty of a bag. I've just come over from Tip Nut. The pdf came thru fine but it looks complicated so will be a little challenge for me. Thank you for your time in putting this tutorial all together.

    Take care.

  28. Excellent tutorial--thank you so much for sharing it with us. I used your pattern and modified it a slightly. I used a 14 inch zipper and quilted the pieced outside and solid inside before sewing and finishing the inside with bias binding. I also added a handle across the end to make it more boyish, and more like a shaving kit. Perfect size for carrying matchbox cars, legos, or any other tools a little guy might need to stay occupied.
